In 2002, Robert Miller had a dream. In this dream, there was a large dining hall with hundreds ofhappy children and young people eating at several long tables. It was apparent by the way they weredressed, and by the way they acted, that they were all from very under privileged areas.

At the end of these tables was a person with a chef’s cap on his head, together with another helper,who were serving everyone their food.

Later in the dream, all these children and young people were in a Sunday school setting, beinginstructed in the things of the Kingdom of God.

Last in this night vision, all these people were in a church setting. Many were getting saved, whileothers were baptized in water and in the Holy Spirit.

Once awake, Rev. Miller was very perplexed by what he had seen in the dream, so he went to the Lordfor an explanation of what it all meant and who were these individuals.

The Lord gave Robert Isaiah 58:6-‐11 (Amplified):6 [Rather] is not this the fast that I have chosen: to loose the bonds of wickedness, to undo the bands of the yoke, to let the

oppressed go free, and that you break every [enslaving] yoke?7 Is it not to divide your bread with the hungry and bring the homeless poor into your house-‐-‐when you see the naked, that

you cover him, and that you hide not yourself from [the needs of] your own flesh and blood?8 Then shall your light break forth like the morning, and your healing (your restoration and the power of a new life) shall

spring forth speedily; your righteousness (your rightness, your justice, and your right relationship with God) shall gobefore you [conducting you to peace and prosperity], and the glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard.

9 Then you shall call, and the Lord will answer; you shall cry, and He will say, Here I am. If you take away from your midstyokes of oppression [wherever you find them], the finger pointed in scorn [toward the oppressed or the godly], and everyform of false, harsh, unjust, and wicked speaking,

10 And if you pour out that with which you sustain your own life for the hungry and satisfy the need of the afflicted, thenshall your light rise in darkness, and your obscurity and gloom become like the noonday.

11 And the Lord shall guide you continually and satisfy you in drought and in dry places and make strong your bones. And youshall be like a watered garden and like a spring of water whose waters fail not.

The Lord later told Robert that He was going to give him a Children’s Outreach in which manyhundreds of children and adolescent youth would be fed, clothed, blessed and brought into theKingdom! He also told Robert where it would be located and gave him the names of the chef andhelper whom he had seen in the night vision.

Not long afterwards, Robert had the opportunity to share with the people (Daniel and Ines Kloster),who would later be instrumental in making all of this happen, the things God had both shown and toldhim about them and the children’s outreach. They were quite skeptical about the whole thing, as itseemed so far fetched to them.

None the less, by many miracles and divine interventions, the work became a reality in 2003. Acouple in our church in Atlanta, Georgia sold a house and gave us the tithe, which we used towardsthe purchase of a property that the Lord had led us to in the suburbs of Mar del Plata, Argentina.Also, our pickup was sold and Daniel had just received a family inheritance . All of these were usedto purchase the property.

A year later, we were informed by the local municipality that the two vacant lots adjacent to ourrecently purchased property, could be purchased by a judge’s decree for just the payment of past duetaxes (as these lots had no present owners). The taxes represented 5% of the fair market value ofthese lots. Needless to say, we paid the taxes and are presently enjoying both additional lots.

At first, as with all small beginnings, there were only a handful of kids brought to the property in apickup truck. All of these children were gathered, and continue to be gathered, every week from verypoor areas where the houses people live in are worse than sheds for animals in the U.S.A.

As the numbers grew, many round trips had to be made to bring all the children. We are praying forthe Lord to provide us with a mini bus.

The following is a group picture of some of the children and young people that have been given newclothes and are proudly wearing them for this picture. Words cannot describe their delight as manyof them received new clothes for the first time in their lives:

In 2008, a tent was donated by a pastor of a large church in Buenos Aires, the capital city ofArgentina. A group of his men came down to help erect it. This tent has been a tremendous blessing.When the weather is bad, the children can meet inside for all their activities. Since 2009, serviceshave been held every Sunday in this tent. Several dozen have been saved and water baptized. Eachweekend, new people come to know Jesus as their Savior. The last week of April 2010, thirteen peoplewere saved. May 1, 2010 (at the time of this writing) four more received the Lord. Most of thechildren have also been filled with the Holy Spirit!

A few of the young girls, who have recently been saved, have formed a singing group and love to singin the tent meetings. They have also been invited to sing at other churches. This is so marvelous, asonly a few months ago, none of them had any concept of the Gospel or of God’s existence.

Soon, we will be sharing incredible testimonies of God’s favor and miracles extended to these dearchildren and young people.
