“I would say that I've operated within an open access publishing world without much difficulty over the past years, though with the caveat that the open end of the spectrum is just that: one end. At the other end are publishers still tugging at our/my sleeves and insisting upon varying degrees of restrictions. But the trend line is moving strongly in the open direction”
