The Opalo 1 luminaire was specifically developed for high-pressure sodium tubularlamps up to 100 W or for mercury vapour lamps up to 125 W.

DESCRIPTION

Public lighting luminaires for lamps up to 125 W (Opalo 1) or 250 W

(Opalo 3). The Opalo luminaire consists of a painted (RAL 7040)

die-cast aluminium body, a deep-drawn, polished and anodised

aluminium reflector and an injected polycarbonate protector.

Access is gained to the lamp and control gear by undoing three

closing clips (two for the Opalo 1) and tipping the protector around

two integrated hinges.

A gasket fitted in a groove in the protector ensures the luminaire

tightness.

The control gear plate also supports the lampholder; it can be

easily removed.

OPTIONS

- Body painted any RAL colour.

The luminaire body is also the load-bearing part for side mounting with two grub screws.

lamp and control gear.

MAINTENANCE

OPALO

Access to the lamp and control gear through three (two for the Opalo 1) closing clips. The Opalo 3 is fitted with a control gear plate in synthetic material equipped with ahandle to facilitate the maintenance operations. The control gear is laid on the plate andnot suspended.The control gear plate is fixed with 3 screws.

A silicone gasket fitted on the protectorgives an IP 65 degree of tightness to the

entire luminaire.

PHOTOMETRY

The Opalo 3 luminaire is fitted with an adjustable lampholder support. Different positions are available in order to adapt the light

distribution according to the site to be lit. Position can be adjusted on site.
