During our dynamic workshop, several coaches, all successful entrepreneurs, will guide you through the battle process and will mentor you during the 3 days.

TargetSupporting young people between 20 and 30 years old (student or young professional) in a dynamic and original way to become a successful leader. This programme makes you aware that leadership not only exists on the job, but also in diverse situa- tions. We teach you all the tools that will enable you to analyse your leadership style, communication skills or conflict resolution style and help you to distinguish the positive aspects of leadership from the pitfalls. We give you the opportunity to discover your own ‘leadership potential’ and to identify your points of improvement for ‘effective leadership’. An experien-ced team of coaches will guide you during three bat-tle days.
