The New York Stem Cell Foundation (NYSCF) accelerates cures and better treatments for patients through stem cell research. The NYSCF global community includes over 140 researchers at leading institutions worldwide, including 45 full-time scientists at the NYSCF Research Institute conducting the most advanced stem cell research and pioneering new technologies. The JLC is a dynamic group who represents the next generation of leaders and philanthropists in the New York area in industries such as finance, law, business, media, pharma/biotech, and fashion, among others.

The NYSCF Junior Leadership Council (JLC) is hosting its 5th annual cocktail reception in early 2017 to help raise awareness and funds for NYSCF’s cutting-edge research. This event aims
to introduce and educate the young professional community on the promises of stem cell research and its applications to better understand, and, ultimately, cure disease. All proceeds from the evening will go directly towards funding the research in NYSCF’s privately-funded laboratory.At some point, disease affects all of us, whether personally or through loved ones.
