4. 4. Payment Method & Options We are using Paypal.com for our online payment solutions (and bank transfer if you have a Turkish bank account). Paypal is an easy and secure way of sending and receiving money online all over the world and you dont need to have a Paypal account to send and receive money. For online Turkish classes, we are charging 55 TL for an hour if you want to have a casual class or one class a week. However, we make some discount if you take a course and more than 1 class a week. 1) 55 TL for 1 hour a week & casual lessons 2) 47,50 TL for 2 hours a week 3) 40 TL for 3 or more hours a week Please check Yahoo or Google currency convertor for updates. We prefer to get paid before the classes. You can make the payment; a. Before each class b. Weekly c. Biweekly d. Monthly. Terms & Conditions Although we are flexible, we have our own terms & conditions for our online Turkish lessons. Please read and accept the following Terms & Conditions before taking online classes with Dem Turkish Center: 1) Lessons take 1 hour. 2) Minimum age of enrolment is 18. Younger learners parents should contact us for enrolment. 3) The student pay for the tutoring fee before the class(es) using Paypal or bank transfer if they have a Turkish bank account. 4) Any notice of cancellation must be made at least 1 day before the class. Any classes missed is made up at a later date scheduled by the teacher and the student. 4
5. 5. 5) Teachers wait for 15 minutes if the student doesnt turn up at class on time. In case of being late, the lesson will be given and finish on time. 6) Students dont need to pay for course materials (Dem Turkish Center practical lesson and worksheets). However, they pay for Turkish course books (Istanbul & Yeni Hiti series) and the supplementary materials they want to study. 7) Complaints about Dem Turkish Center courses or services should be made immediately.
