ONLIFE is a Development ProjectONLIFE combines theintroduction of new, internet-based forms ofcommunication,cooperation andinteraction and change processes in pedagogical discourses.
The focus is on Special Educational Needs and Gifted & Talented teachers.

1. The (collaborative) tool has to support core processes2. Dissemination (via teachers – not via IT specialists) has to be
sustainable and ongoing in order to reach a critical mass3. Get support from management4. Teachers have to understand the relative advantage of the tool5. Reduce complexitity at the beginning of the project6. Users have to be able to try out the tool (Sandbox)7. Publish success stories8. Users should be encouraged to make proposals aimed at
improving the tool9. Lead by example and use the tool continously10. Welcome and support new users
