Description: San Jacinto College has established a program designed to give participants a solid foundation in the concepts, tools, and techniques of project management. In today’s business environment, organizations must develop project managers who can successfully complete individual projects on time and within budget. Project Management can only be as effective as it is understood. Each employee must be up to speed with how the system works and how it benefits them to actively participate and what exactly they’re supposed to do. It’s often difficult and expensive, however, to find the time and the skills to perform the appropriate training. San Jacinto College’s course solves these problems.
