Online Ordering Pre-Order Guidelines for Apparel HERBALIFE HONORS 2016 CANCUN, MEXICO

Step 1: Log In •  Navigate to your local MyHerbalife.com and log in •  Click on your country to change locales •  Click on The Americas and then click on Mexico English or Mexico Spanish

The Herbalife Honors pre-order catalog is available for Members who are qualified to attend the Honors 2016 event in Cancun, Mexico.

Step 2: Navigation Mexico English Site: • Click on the top menu item “Order Products” and choose “Online Price List” from the sub-menu.

Mexico Spanish site: • Click on the top menu item “Ordenar Productos” and choose “Lista de precios en linea” from the sub-menu.

Step 3: Honors Catalog Mexico English Site: •  Honors 2016 catalog will automatically be displayed

Mexico Spanish Site: To show the Honors catalog, • Category: Select “Honors 2016” • Tipo: Select “Recoger en un Sucursal” • Ubicación: Select “Honors 2016”

Step 3: Honors Catalog

Step 4: Add to Cart •  Enter the quantity of items you wish to order and then:

Mexico Spanish site: Click on “Agregar al carrito”

Mexico English site: Click on “Add to Cart”

Step 5: Checkout To checkout:

Mexico English site: • Click on “Checkout” under “Mini Cart”

Mexico Spanish site: • Click on “Colocar Pedido” under “Mini Carrito”

Step 6: Review Address and Email •  Click the Address Confirmation tick box, Verify the pick up name and phone number and

enter your email address to receive your order confirmation via email.

Step 7: Order Summary • Review your order to ensure it is correct. • Click on “Checkout”

Step 8: Grand Total •  Confirm the Grand Total

Step 9: Payment Method (International Members – non-Mexico resident) To complete payment: • Click on “Add New Credit Card” • Add the card details to the pop up window and click “Continue” • Add the CVV number • Next, click on “Submit” to submit your order.

Step 9: Payment Method (Mexico residents only) To complete payment: • Select “Pagos efectivo en sucursal” or, • Select your registered Credit card Note: Card must be registered in advance. • Add the CVV number • Next, click on “Enviar” to submit your order.

Confirmation You will then get a confirmation page with your order number; you will also receive email confirmation to your email address. Please keep this email as confirmation of your purchase. Bring your order number to the Herbalife Honors pick up area to pick up your pre-order. Contact your local Member Services for any questions.
