Worker logs in to BROWZ training portal: browz.vividlms.com

Worker clicks the Start button next to their course

They must complete the courses at the top that are marked as Required

Then choose any Optional classes below if needed

A total of 8 hours must be spent doing the training; worker can check Training Status Report to see their progress



Once course is selected, worker clicks Launch button to view course

Courses contain text, narration, animation and video

Worker support via Help button

Training CertificationWhen all required modules have been completed and a minimum 8 hours reached, the worker is eligible to receive their 5000-23 form. Must notify the instructor when complete and he

will verify the records Once verified, the instructor will issue a 5000-23

form via PDF to the specified email Worker must sign and date form and email a copy

back to the instructor
