The Inventor Portal allows inventors to create and submit their inventions to the technology transfer office via the web.
ONLINE INVENTION DISCLOSURE
To access click on link below or copy and paste into a browser. NOTE: Do not use Internet Explorer
Click check box to agree to terms listed above.Click on “Continue to Inventor Portal”.
Enter Disclosure Title
Click on “Create New Disclosure”
The Inventor “Saves as Draft” until all requested information has been entered.
Once completed, “Submit for Review”.
Enter Brief Description, 250 Characters or less.
Click on Add Inventor to search.
If not found, add Lehigh Inventors in Section 3 and Non Lehigh InventorsIn section 4.
When rows are added, etc. you will be prompted to save Draft.
Enter % for Royalty Distribution.Total should equal 100%
When rows are added, etc. you will be prompted to save Draft.
Enter Funds: Funds ExhaustedFunding Sources – Federal, Industry, Lehigh University
When rows are added, etc. you will be prompted to save Draft.
Enter where and when the invention was first conceivedand who was involved.
Answer the Public Disclosure questions.
When rows are added, etc. you will be prompted to save Draft.
Enter Invention Description: You can Copy and Paste
Enter Commercial Interest information
When rows are added, etc. you will be prompted to save Draft.
Upload all Documents.If completed, Submit for Review – Use this if you have completed the Online Form.
Options:
Save as Draft (Use this if you have not completed the Online Form.Submit for Review – Use this if you have completed the Online Form.Download as PDF – Use this if you want a PDF file for yourself.Download as Word – Use this if you want a Word File for yourself.
Once the Disclosure has been approved, an email will be sent to inventor(s) to be digitally signed.
Once completed, the signature is logged with the current date and time as well as the user that performed the digital signature.
