Online Banking – Win one of three Samsung Galaxy Tabs

1. Only personal customers or sole proprietors may apply for Online Banking.

2. This promotional offer is valid from 1st November 2012 to the 31st of December 2012. Standard Chartered Bank (The Bank) can however, at its discretion, withdraw or amend the promotional offer at any time.

3. The Bank also reserves the right to accept or reject an Online Banking application or make or amend existing registrations.

4. To enter the draw customer must actively use Online Banking between the 1st November 2012 to the 31st of December 2012. The number of times the customer logs in between this period will be the number of entries the customer will have in to the raffle draw.

5. An active user is one who has obtained the user ID and password sent by the Bank, logged in for the 1st time and changed by him/herself the user ID and password, and subsequently re-login with the new user ID and password.

6. A login is where the customer uses his/her chosen user ID and password to gain access to online banking services.

7. Raffle draw will be conducted where three lucky winners will be chosen. Only one prize will be awarded per customer.

8. Customers who are not resident in Sri Lanka are excluded from this promotion.

9. Corporate entities and institutions are not eligible to enter the draw.

10. Staff members and /or their immediate families are excluded from this promotion.

11. The Bank reserves the right to change or amend the gift or offer without notice.

12. The Bank reserves the right to utilize the names of the Winner of the draw in communications in the press, or notification to customers through any medium whatsoever.

13. The Bank’s decision will be final and absolute in the selection of the winner.

14. The Bank is not the supplier or manufacturer of the goods on offer as gifts, and will not accept responsibility or liability as to their condition.
