1. Press Audio Conference on the Main Menu

2. This will take you to the AC Control page

3. Using the keypad, enter the telephone number you wish to call. NOTE. You do NOT need to dial a “9” first.

4. If you make an error, tap the Delete key to erase the last number(s) you typed. If you hold the Delete key down, it will clear the display.

5. Once you have entered the complete number you wish to call press the Dial button

6. You will hear the phone dial and connect through the speakers in the room.

7. To adjust the volume, select whether you want to adjust the incoming (RCV VOL) or outgoing (SEND VOL) and adjust the up and down arrows accordingly.

1. On the main menu screen, press the Video Conference button.

2. This will take you to this screen which is the Video Conference Controls screen.

3. In the center you will see a column of buttons which let you select what you would like to send to the other sites in your conference

4. Adjust the volumes and mute status from this screen.
