Power Control Centre is considered to be the heart of an electrical system in any industry. Therefore it shall offer users long term reliability, safety, low maintenance & testing time.

We manufacture and supply PCC Panels which are used for diverse industrial applications. These panels are made of quality raw material and are extremely sturdy in construction. Various designs are offered in PCC like top / middle / bottom horizontal bus chambers, panel with aluminum / copper bus bars, top / bottom / front / rear cable termination. Panels with Siemens, ABB, Schneider and L&T make switchgear. The PCC Panel is also provided with Siemens, ABB etc protection relays product.

LT PANELOur vast range comprises LT Panels that are manufacturing with using high quality electrical components like ACB, MCCB, SFU, Protection Relay with Aluminum & Copper Busbar as per requirement of clients, consultants speci�cations. That will be huge application in industries, big commercial complex, these LT Panel are designed in such a manner that installed in substation to enable to for proper power distribution selective fault protection & contact isolation capabilities. LT Panels are design with such a manner that single / multiple in comer, bus coupler with proper interlocking to enable for power distribution selective fault protection & selective. Fault level will be maintain with transformer speci�cations.

Most of the Commercial & Industrial installations in the country have large electrical loads which are severely inductive in nature, such as motors, large machines, air conditioners, drivers etc. This results in a severely lagging power factor. This means loss & wastage of energy and heavy penalties by electrical boards. In case of �xed loads this can be taken care by manual switching of capacitors however in case of rapidly varying & scattered loads it becomes difficult to maintain a high power factor by manually switching On / Off the capacitors in proportion to variation of load within an installation. This drawback is overcome by using an APFC Panel (Automatic Power Factor Correction Panel) which not only maintain high power factor but also eliminates the need for constant manual intervention.

We offer MCC Panel a device that is used to control and actualize the performance of an electric motor. These are offered in a wide variety such as fully draw out / non d r a w o u t t y p e / c o m p a r t m e n t a l i z e d / n o n compartmentalized / single front / double front operated. It is equipped with ACB / MCCB / SFU / MCB, DOL, ATS or Star Delta Starters for Automatic / Manual means of starting and stopping the motor. We provide facility to operate from Local / Remote / DCS from MCC. Common protections provided in MCC are over load, short circuit, single phasing etc and special features we can add are earth fault, reverser power, under load, over and under voltage etc. We also offer intelligent MCC which can communicate with PLC can be start and stop from SCADA, you can measure its power parameters from control room.

Synchronizing as we know is important from the point of view that how loads sharing between different unit's takes place and load transfer during the maintenance is important. Panels require two or more different sources of power likewise between DG SETS and the main GRID. Synchronizing Panel is used where one DG set synchronizing with two or more DG set when mains fail all DG start at a time but after some time one will be on & other will be stop as per load demand. When load increased above 70% of the total load the 2nd DG will be start & it synchronize with �rst one & total load was distributed equally On that two DG set & this process will go on. During low load we can run any single unit, and synchronize more units as the load increases. This can be manual or automatic.

SYNCHRONIZING PANEL

AMF Panel is one of our product which can be used for automatic change over between Mains and DG supply. We offer AMF Panel with necessary switchgears like ACB / MCCB, Contactor, AMF Relay, AC MF Meters, DC Meters, Battery Charges etc and necessary protections. By installing this panel one can get power from DG at the time of failure of Mains and it will shut off the DG when Mains Restores. As special features we can provide engine safety features like Low Lub Oil, Oil Temp. High, Charge Low etc.

AMF PANEL

ATS Control Panel offered by us is a high performance digital controller used to change the supply power and generator supply. In addition, our ATS Control Panel has an automatic transfer switch that is required in case of emergency power usage in buildings. ATS Control Panel offered by us can automatically transfer load from mains power supply to emergency power. In normal conditions when the main power supply fails or voltage drops below 80% of normal voltage, ATS Control Panel that we offer will auto start emergency generator set after a preset.

VFD PANELAdjustment of the speed of the motor is the application, which is required in all the process Industries & Machinery Mfg.'s. variable frequency drive is used as energy saving device for some of the machines to save power during no load or it is used as �nal control element of the closed loop control application where the speed of the motor is changed to control one parameter. Some of the application is provided with manual speed control of the motors. These are the open loop control applications.

These panels are capable of accommodating electrical circuit breaker, pump controllers, lighting switches, stabilizers, UPS systems and many more. Sturdy in construction. METERING PANELOur manufactured Metering Panels are widely used for residential as well as industrial purposes our Electrical Metering Panel Boards are designed with careful wiring and are excellent in appearance. These Metering Panel Boards are made of 2.00 mm. mild steel metal CRCA sheet, free standing totally enclosed, cubicle type fully compartmentalized outdoor installation and suitable for operation on 415V AC, 3PH, 50Hz. AC Earthed System. The panel contains the equipment's and components complete with bus bar interconnections, control wiring designation labels caution notices, electrical board sealing and pad locking facilities wherever required necessary space is provide for entry of LT Cables from the top through detachable gland plates.
