• IILM Academy of Higher Learning, Lucknow was established inthe year 2004 under the aegis of the Ram Krishan & SonsCharitable Trust, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. This Trust is runningvarious management institutions with the acronym IILM indifferent parts of the country with campuses in Lucknow, NewDelhi, Gurgaon, Greater Noida, and Jaipur. The LucknowCampus of the institute offers two years full time PostGraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), which is approvedby the AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India and MBAProgramme, affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam TechnicalUniversity, Lucknow.

• Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, is popularly knownas the ‘the city of Nawabs’. Literature, cuisine, performingarts and ‘tehzeeb’ put Lucknow a cut above the rest –and the world acknowledges it. Among the chiefattractions of Lucknow are magnificent monuments likeImambara, Rumi Darwaza, Kaiserbagh Heritage Zone,Residency and Dilkusha Gardens. Chikan embroidery andzardozi have established Lucknow as a global fashionhub. Kebabs, Biryani and Lucknow-ki-chaat are few lip-smacking delicacies that beckon visitors to Lucknowagain and again. Even after tremendous modernization,Lucknow has managed to retain its age-old charm andglory.

Call for Papers Abstract and Papers should be submitted by E- mail to iilmconference@iilmlko.
ac.in with “IILM Conference Paper 2018” in the subject line mentioning the subtheme and the track. Abstracts must include a clear indication of the purpose of research, research
methodology, major findings & implications. All submissions will be reviewed. The authors must ensure adherence to the following guidelines for submitting
full length paper.
Cover Page: A cover page shall mention the title of paper, sub theme,name of author/s and their affiliation.
Abstract: 250-500 words Key words: Maximum 4 words Maximum length: 4000 words excluding title/ cover page and references. Font: Times New Roman, Font Size 12 pt. with 1.5 line spacing and
single column with 1” margin on all sides. Tables & Figures: All tables and figures should be serially numbered and
properly labeled. References: References must be given at the end of the paper in APA
style. Submissions to be made in MS Word (.doc or .docx format only) All accepted papers will be published in the online journal bearing ISSN number.(* Full Papers will be reviewed before publication)
Papers in AbsentiaPapers in Absentia will also beaccepted, but the Abstract, Full
