Air Telecom Wholesale continues to support customers success with the award-winning One and Only. tariff. Our entire range of outstanding SIM only options means no complicated schemes for funding hardware and accessories. In addition to reducing ongoing credit risk, this also means that you do not have to be tied in to 24-month contracts. With the One and Only. tariff, 30 days’ notice is all we need to cancel. Earlier this year we released a completely refreshed version of the One and Only. proposition, but it has also been made available on the O2 network, giving our customers even greater choice. As you will see throughout this guide, it is almost identical in every way to its Vodafone counterpart, and the minor differences do not affect the key features such as base tariffs and optional bolt-ons. Still with simplicity in mind, One and Only. offers new and better value tariff options with even greater choice across two leading networks.

Please note: adjustments highlighted in orange, specifically relevant in this pricing guide, are applicable from 1st June 2018. Air Telecom Wholesale are committed to ensuring that the One and Only tariff remains the leading proposition. Having recently released our Shared Data options we decided to review the proposition as a whole and agreed that, based on feedback and the current marketplace, improvements could be made to make this tarif f even better for our customers. You will see a number of changes throughout this guide (highlighted in purple text) however we have listed some of the key improvements below for easy reference:

• Please see updates to the destinations included within our Worldwide Zoning structure on page 15. The following destinations will be changing zones:

Cameroon, Korea, Laos, Macau, Morocco, Myanmar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles, UAE and Uzbekistan are moving from Rest of World Zone 2 to Rest of World Zone 1 Burkina Faso and Vietnam are moving from Rest of World Zone 3 to Rest of World Zone 1 Bhutan and Madagascar are moving from Rest of World Zone 4 to Rest of World Zone 1 Cape Verde, Gambia and Zimbabwe are moving from Rest of World Zone 3 to Rest of World Zone 2 Sao Tome and Principe are moving from Rest of World Zone 4 to Rest of World Zone 3

• There are around 40 new destinations being added into the WTS service, meaning it now offers users access to their standard bundles whilst in over 100 destinations worldwide for only £5 excluding VAT per day (see page 15).

• We also now offer 50 inclusive International Minutes (UK to EU, USA & Canada) and 50 Non-Geographical minutes in all of our base tariffs for no extra cost (Excludes Low User tariff)

• Shared data, despite being our newest addition to the proposition, has been reduced in cost.

• There is a new roaming structure and all NEW versions of our One & Only tariffs offer new roaming rates, offering huge savings on roaming data in most popular destinations. Existing customers will still see the adjustment in zoning structure but pricing on the whole remains almost identical.

What is it?

Bundles are simply applied at account level and then, once active, qualifying MPNs are manually assigned to each bundle at your discretion.

Numbers can be added to more than one bolt-on at a time and any MPNs not associated with an account level bundle will not get access to

any of the inclusive allowances, ensuring your customers who aren’t paying for shared data don’t end up utilising someone else’s

allowance...

What is ‘pro rata’ billing? Your mobile subscriptions are paid for in advance and are based on a set monthly bill date (usually 1st of every month). As such on a connection’s first invoice, or first invoice after a change in tariff, there will often be some pro rata billing.

Example - First invoice since connection This is when the additional line rental cost that hadn’t been charged in advance is added to the first full month’s line rental cost. So for example, if your monthly line rental is £10.00 pcm and your subscription is connected on the 15th of the month, you will receive a bill on the 1st of the following month covering all of that month plus catching up on the unpaid 15 days prior to the first invoice. Making that bill total £15.00.

Example - First invoice after tariff/bolt-on amend This is when the system has to balance the total cost of line rental after a mid-month change in monthly invoice. So, for example, if the monthly line rental is £10.00pcm and you amend a tariff to £15.00pcm on the 15th of a month. The system initially recognises that it overcharged you earlier in that month for the £10.00 tariff, as you were billed up to and including the last day of that month, so it will credit £5.00 back. It will then invoice the new cost for the remainder of that month (£7.50) plus the following month in advance as standard. The bill on the 1st of the following month, after the amend, will show in the summary a line rental cost of £22.50 with a credit for the £5.00 owed, meaning that month’s total line rental cost was £17.50.

What is ‘pro rata’ bundle allowance? Like pro rata billing, pro rata bundle allowance also occurs in the first month after initial connection and/ or during the month of any amendment.

Example – International minute bolt-on applied When we quote a price for any bolt-on, that package is based on the bolt-on being applied during the whole billing period of any given month. However, if you apply a bolt-on part way through a month you will only receive part of the allowance (as you will only be billed part of the cost – see Example – First Invoice after tariff/bolt-on amend for full cost explanation). If you apply a 100 minute international bolt-on against a subscription on the 15th of the month and your bill date falls on the 1st you will only receive half of the international allowance (approx. 50 minutes) for the remainder of that month.

30-day minimum rule for bolt-ons To avoid confusion and potential bill shock, Daisy Wholesale implement a 30-day minimum application policy for bolt-ons, this ensures any pro rata bundle allowance is maximised for the month it is applied by remaining against that for at least one bill run.

Why must I put tariff/bolt-on amend requests in writing? We like to ensure all of our processes remain simple, yet safe and in line with industry best practice. The main purpose of this is to avoid unnecessary billing errors, credits or disputes. We ask that all of our Partners request any cost changing amendments in writing, which also helps provide security for the Partner.

What is a ‘buyout’ and why must I pay this? All active subscriptions will have a set minimum connection term, whether it is 30 days or 24 months and is based on the terms of your agreement. As such you would be liable to cover the cost of the line for the whole of that term. In the event you wish to disconnect or change supplier mid-way through an agreement, or without serving the agreed notice period once outside of minimum term, you would be liable to pay a ‘buyout’ fee. A buyout fee would be generated based on the remaining cost of line rental to full contractual term and may also include set termination fees (see your own agreement for details on whether these charges apply to you).

30-Day Terms No 12 or 24-month agreement, just 30 days’ notice with a single cease fee of £50 exc. VAT per subscription whether you require a PAC or disconnection. As an incentive to loyal customers, in the event numbers are active for over 24 months, the cease fee will be waived.

New Business Only This tariff is specifically aimed at new business only and therefore, migrations and standard re-signs on to these tariffs are exempt. If you would like to move your existing connections/base on to the new tariffs detailed within this guide, there will be a Tariff Change Fee of £50 exc. VAT per number. In line with our cease fee incentive to encourage loyalty, connections active for over 24 months will be exempt from this charge.

Subject to change The One and Only. tariff is subject to change. Air Telecom Wholesale will ensure at least 30 days’ notice is given before any changes take effect.

Gateways/Artificially Inflated Traffic (AIT) Daisy Wholesale does not allow SIMs to be used in any equipment which enables the routing of calls or data (including without limitation, text or picture messages) from fixed apparatus or standard devices to mobile equipment, by establishing a mobile to mobile call or transmission. Nor does it allow the use of any equipment which enables the sending of bulk SMS, voice or data services. Daisy Wholesale reserves the right to suspend without notice should we believe that such equipment is being used. During suspension the liability for any access charges or calls will rest with the Partner.

Terms Please note any defined terms used in this Pay Plan and price list have the same meanings as set out in the mobile agreement between Air Telecom Wholesale and the Customer (the “Agreement”). The Pay Plan and/or price list may be amended and issued from time to time by Air Telecom Wholesale.

Early Termination Fees Early termination fees are applicable in all cases where a cease request has been submitted and the minimum agreed terms have not been completed. This fee is determined based on the pro rata cost of line rental remaining from the subscription’s date of cease up to the end of the agreement, including any required notice periods.

Migrations Daisy Wholesale introduced a fee of £50 exc. VAT per connection on all same network migrations from 1st December 2017.
