Great Beginnings
Wow, its hard to believe in just a few short months
the amount of progress we have all made together
and as individual athletes. I am so proud of
everyoneshard work and the level of progress each
of you have achieved toward attaining your athletic
performance goals.
Who knew that after my first meeting with Joe and
Tamm Di Benedetto, owners of Baseball Heaven,
where we discussed our passion for training and
desire to help inspire young athletes that we would
all be where we are today. Thank you both for your
partnership, shared vision, and opportunity to
launch OnCore Sports inside such a great, warm,
inviting, and family focused athletic facility.
My goal was not only to provide the information and
the athletic training required to perform as a top
athlete and what it takes make it to the next level,
but to also create a culture where athletes at all
levels including professionals, collegiate, high
school, and beginners can come together in a single
location as a team and inspire each other to reachtheir maximum potential training like the pros do.
I would be amiss to not thank all of the parents.
Your love and support of your athletes is why we are
all here. Without your commitment to your children
and willingness to invest in their dreams and
success, they wouldnt be able to achieve their
athletic performance goals and compete at the
highest levels.

Our Goals for 2016
Athlete Goals
As spring is coming near, we will be shifting into
strength training. Our overall goal is to keep the
athletes healthy and injury free throughout the
season. We will continue working on improving the
foundation of training. We will also focus on the
athletic movements they will be performing during
the games. Our goal is to position each athlete to
best succeed. Finding the benefits of what training
can do to help each athlete improve throughout
their athletic career.
Facility Goals
In 2016 we also plan to build on the culture already
in place and attract more top athletes to the
facility. We are excited for the season to start and
to visit the players on the field sharing in their
goals and success. We also plan to expand by
continuing to add state of the art work out
equipment.
