Once any BSK Agent/DEO or the DM or the P&RD senior officials clicks on the URL (bskwb.org) ; they will be presented with the following screen

Then once “login button” is clicked, the below screen will appear. Two types of logins are available - “Administrator” & “Agent”
If SMS service is integrated, then “Forget password” option will be activated. Please note it can also be done through email services
ADMIN Module:
The below screen depicts the “Administrator” Home Page. Please note that the front-page dashboard depiction, when entered through the link remains the
same.
The menu options “Services” & “Centers” are basically in list mode only.
The job of the administrator is to hover around the three menu options; namely,” Centers/Registration” , “Agents/Registration” and “Servicess/Registration”

The next screen depicts the “New Centre” creation. Please note “Agents” are tagged to centres. Hence if a new agent is created for a centre; the centre has
to created first and then the new agent should be created in agent registration screen

Agent Module
Once you login as the “Agent” ; you will be presented with this Home Page
The above dashboard functions in dual mode. Firstly It depicts the count under each service but also shows completed vs availed provisions. In this regard , please note we
have kept a provision of Docket No against each provision which will be handed over to the citizen and the service seeker can go to any other BSK Agent and complete the
provision there. Hence there is no dependency on that particular BSK agent for the citizen.
Besides , this the agent ; if he clicks on any of the icons ; he/she will be taken to the “New Provision” screen which is depicted below

Please note that the following screen can also be availed through the menu option “Provision Status or Update”
Once the requisite details are filled up and the Agent clicks on the “Go” button; the corresponding “URL” of the provision will open Infront of him/her.
Please note the mobile number of the citizen seeking service is captured over here ; primarily for two reasons – any information can be passed on by the
Agent to the Citizen ; secondly next time his details are retrieved automatically.
Moreover , later on the citizen can be conveyed any information through SMS also by the ADMIN and also a feedback loop can be created about his/her
experience related to the service of the BSK agent and the portal as a whole.
Please note a one-to-many provisioning has been kept over here; i.e if a citizen wants to avail multiple provisioning like “Kanyasree” or “Aikyasree” or
“Application Form fillup of WBPRB” ; the agent can do so without leaving this screen.

created without having to leave the screen

across all the BSKs
The status of the same can viewed , updated and even the service link can be viewed again for completion of the activity , without the citizen having to tell
the BSK which provisioning he/she is talking about. The docket no will have all info tagged with it. The next screens will explain the same.

DM Module:
Each District head has own log in to check the district level reports & statuses.
District head log in allow to create new centres, can add new agents for that particular district. Process same as Admin module.
