EASYCONTROL WORCESTER BOSCH

Our Greenstar Comfort II combines a programmer, that is usually plugged into the boiler, and a room thermostat so you can access all control functions at a single, easily accessible location. The control’s functions, allows you to set 6 adjustable heating temperatures per day and can be accessed through a simple menu structure with a minimal amount of steps. Three adjustable hot water time periods. Program and control heating and hot water, at the room thermostat. Easy menu navigation.

IDEAL HALO LITEThe Ideal Halo Lite OpenTherm Wired Combi is a single zone combi programmable room thermostat compatible with current Logic combi boilers. Easy to use and aesthetically pleasing, the Halo Lite is packed full of energy enhancing features to benefit landlords and tenants. Equipped with a Child lock function to avoid unwanted adjustment. A Holiday mode switches off heating for a pre-set period without altering the schedule. The Frost protection function ensures that the system is protected in cold weather. Optimised stop and delayed start features enhance efficiency to avoid needlessly heating the home.

The new Greenstar System Filter replaces Worcester’s existing model. Inspired by installer feedback, the new filter has been designed to make installation and servicing simpler than ever before. A larger powerful internal magnet safeguards the boiler and wider system components. Red and green indicators showing when the filter is in operation. The removable lid has been designed to prevent over-tightening and damage to the o-ring seal eliminating the risk of leaks.

Drayton thermostatic radiator valves provide control of individual room temperatures. With integral thermostatic sensing head and reverse flow capability, the 15mm angle valve can be flow or return mounted both vertically and horizontally.

DRAYTON TRV

Automatically adjusts energy use to your routine. As you turn the temperature up and down, it gradually learns your schedule and creates one for you. The Auto-Away function tinkers with the temperature after you’ve left the house. It even automatically turns off the hot water if you’re away for a few days. Download Nest’s app to change the temperature and hot water use from anywhere. Does my boiler come with a warranty?Yes, all our boilers come with a 10 year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.

Will I be given a Gas Safe registered Certificate?Yes, all our customers are sent a digital copy instantly following the installation of the new boiler.

How quickly can I have my new boiler installed and how long will the installation take?Most of our boilers are installed within 24 hours of our Heating Advisors attending your home. The majority of our installs are completed in one day, however more complex installs could exceed one day.

Will the engineer take away my old boiler?Yes, as well as all waste, your old boiler and ensure the area is left clean and tidy.

What finance options are available?Flexible and affordable finance packages are available on all of our boilers and packages (please see the next page)

Can I pay using a credit or debit card?Yes, we accept all major card transactions, (there may be a fee from your card issuer)

When will I pay for my new boiler installation?Once you are happy with your quote and would like to book your installation, you will be sent a secure link via email to make payment. If you have selected a finance option, our finance partner will take care of this for you.

Will I be kept informed throughout the process?Yes, via email, text message or telephone call updates. You will be sent a link to track the engineer on your chosen date of install, who will also call you on the morning of your appointment.
