On October 8, 2019, in connection with DIRTT Environmental Solutions Ltd. (“DIRTT”) filing a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, DIRTT refiled its interim financial statements for the interim period ended March 31, 2019 to reflect the conversion of DIRTT’s financial statements to U.S. GAAP using a U.S. dollar presentation currency.
