    The Sub!e$t o( my study was A Study on +ustomer Satis(a$tion in "ndian tele$ommuni$ation

    industry ,ith Se$ial e(eren$e( /oda(one1+ustomer Satis(a$tion is one o( the mos

    signi(i$ant (a$tors (or the ro(itability o( tele$om se$tor in "ndia. The eort $onsists o( all the

    ne$essary in(ormation that relates to e((e$ti)e re$ommendations that are made to the

    tele$ommuni$ation $omany (or in$reasing their $ustomer satis(a$tion le)el.

    The main $on$ern o( the study is to ro)ide in(ormation that would hel the management o(

    the ban% to e)aluate and redesign its $urrent mar%eting strategies in order to retain its e#isting

    $ustomers and to attra$t new ones in todays $ometiti)e en)ironment. 'urthermore& this study
