For elderly people, public transportation is their main

way of traveling in the city. But there are still lots of

frustrations…waiting for bus is frustrating, trying to

understand the map is frustrating, not knowing which

bus can take me home is frustrating.

them customized information and simplifies the complex steps

of finding directions.

Instead of overwhelming the elderly people, the system should

sprinkle encouragement for them to feel more comfortable using

the public transportation.
