    Scope

    This manual contains the policies and procedures ofthe OMMC Safety Promotion and Disaster Preparedness

    Program. Although the formulation of the program was

    primarily guided by the CSA Z 1600-08 Emergency

    4.3 Advisory Committee There shall be the establishment of an advisory committee
