Kent House overlooks beautiful Hyde Park – at the heart of many

The district of Knightsbridge is famous all around the world

for its exclusivity and of course for its upmarket retail outlets

including Harrods and Harvey Nichols – it is the home of flagship

This elegant Victorian townhouse is heralded as one of

London’s hidden treasures. With elegant and welcoming

rooms, one of the venue’s strengths is its versatility. With

a range of different sized rooms we can cater for numbers

of up to 300, so no matter how big or small your event is

The Marble Hall

Guests are welcomed in to the

classical splendour of the Marble Hall.

Suitable for receptions and formal

greeting parties, the black and white

marble flooring is complemented by

impressively high ceilings.

The Rutland Room

Entering the Rutland Room from the

Marble Hall, visitors enjoy its original

embossed Victorian wallpapers in

calming, neutral tones.

The Library

Situated at the foot of the sweeping

staircase, with a warm intimacy, the

Library was in fact the original hallway

of Kent House, prior to extensive building

works in the nineteenth century.

The Sanctuary

At first floor level, the Sanctuary,

overlooking Rutland Gardens

and Hyde Park, has three inter-

connecting rooms and provides

an elegant neutral backdrop

which is a highly versatile space.

Kent House Knightsbridge

is the first building on the left as you pass through the security gates at the top of Rutland Gardens. It is in a superb location, in a private and secure

road opposite the Knightsbridge Barracks.

Public TransportThe Piccadilly Line stops at Knightsbridge, exit Brompton Road & Harrods. The walk from Knightsbridge underground station is less than five minutes. Four bus routes (No 9, 10, 52 & 452) stop outside the building.

Car parkingThere is no parking on Rutland Gardens but metered parking is available on Rutland Gate and within Hyde Park on Carriage Drive. Underground parking is close by on Kensington Road on the corner of Ennismore Gardens.
