consult your doctor. Frequent strenuous exercise should be approved by your doctor and proper use of

the Confidence Olympic Power Tower is essential. Please read the manual carefully before commencing

assembly and starting exercise.

• Please keep children away from the Confidence Olympic Power Tower at all times.

• Please ensure that there is at least 1 meter of free space around the Confidence Olympic Power

Tower.

• Regularly check to see that all nuts, bolts and fittings are securely fastened.

• Before each use, check that there is no wear and tear or damage to any of the moving parts.

• Clean only with a damp cloth and do not use solvent cleaners.

• Before use always ensure that the Confidence Olympic Power Tower is positioned on a solid flat

surface. If necessary, use a rubber mat underneath to reduce the possibility of slipping.

• Always wear appropriate clothing and footwear such as training shoes when exercising. Do not

wear loose clothing that could become caught or trapped.

• Ensure sure long hair is tied back properly

Storage and Use

The Confidence Olympic Power Tower is intended for use in clean and dry conditions. You should avoid

storage in excessively cold or damp places as this may lead to corrosion and other related problems.

2. CONNECT CENTER CROSS SUPPORT (05) TO CATCH MAIN BASE (01) BY

USING BOLTS (20) STEEL PLATE (09) AND NUTS (25) WASHERS (26).

3. SLIDE FOAM PAD (16) AND 25MM ROUND CAP (18) ONTO MAIN BASE (01) AS

SHOWN.

1. CONNECT BOTTOM UPRIGHT FRAME (02) ONTO MAIN BASE (01) BY USING

BOLTS (20) WASHERS (26) NUTS (25) AS SHOWN.

2. CONNECT CENTER CROSS SUPPORT (05) TO CATCH BOTTOM UPRIGHT

FRAME (02) BY USING BOLTS (20) STEEL PLATE (09) AND WASHERS (26)

NUTS (25) AS SHOWN.

Step 3

1. CONNECT UPPER UPRIGHT FRAME (03) INTO BOTTOM UPRIGHT FRAME (02)

2. SLIDE FOAM PAD (14,16) ONTO LAT BAR (08) AS SHOWN.

3. CONNECT LAT BAR (08) INTO THE UPPER UPRIGHT FRAME (03) BY USING

BOLTS (22) AND ARC WASHERS (28) AS SHOWN.

Step 4

1. CONNECT DIP HANDLE ARM (07) TO THE UPPER UPRIGHT FRAME (03) BY

USING BOLTS (20) STEEL PLATE (10) AND WASHERS (26) NUTS (25).

2. CONNECT BACKREST SUPPORT TUBE (06) ONTO DIP HANDLE ARM (07) BY

USING BOLTS (32) STEEL PLATE (15) AND WASHERS (26) NUTS (25).

3. INSERT HANDLE PIPE (31) INTO DIP HANDLE ARM (07) USING BOLTS (33) AND

WASHERS (26) AS SHOWN.

4. SLIDE HAND GRIP (13) ONTO DIP HANDLE ARM (07) AND HANDLE PIPE (31).

Step 5

1. ATTACH BACKREST (11) ONTO BACKREST SUPPORT TUBE (06) BY USING

BOLTS (24) WASHERS (27).

2. ATTACH ARM REST (12) ONTO DIP HANDLE ARM (07) BY USING BOLTS (23)

WASHERS (27) AS SHOWN.
