Mandatory Practice

As basketball comes to an end, we turn our focus to fielding, hitting, pitching but before starting all that, we have to get ready and that means:Saturday 13th Feb 10a-Noonish Coaches Rick & Elias have scheduled a mandatory practice; parents please plan to pick up your student at noon you will have an opportunity to meet the coaches and hear of 2010 goals and expectations.

Get Your Gear Out

Pulling out all your equipment: balls, bats, cleats & gloves

Having lots of water & healthy snacks on hand Wipes, sanitizer & tissue packs too

On practice days it is a good idea to have some extra fuel; carrots, apple slices, bananas are all good choices
