On the nose | complex and long-lasng notes of the Mediterranean shrubs, tomato and freshly-mown grass, making it harmonious and refined. On the palate | velvety, refined and complex, with pleasant vegetable notes of wild cardoon, rosemary, sage and almond. Bier and spicy, well-balanced and in the right proporons, these taste nuances make this a sublime oil. In the ancient olive groves, togheter to the younger threes a perfumed and fruity, but not excessively acid, great merit olive oil is produced.

Two varieties are cultivated: Biancolilla and Nocellara del Belìce.

NOTE DI DEGUSTAZIONE
