Consuming fast food has become a lifestyle for many people, start from children to adults.

They prefer to eat fast food because it is practical, fast and it's quite tasty,

like fried chicken

• Decreasing the cholesterol in fried chicken can carry out with eliminate the skins that are a source of cholesterol that lead to disease.
