FROM OUR PASTOR

Are you unaware that we who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? We were indeed buried with him through baptism into death, so that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might live in newness of life. INTENTIONS FOR JUNE

The Way of the Heart. We pray that all those who suffer may find their way in life, allowing them-selves to be touched by the Heart of Jesus.

NOTICES

Did you know? Prevent underage drinking. The National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism reports that nearly 5,000 children under the age of 21 die from alcohol-related incidents every year. Studies show that children as young as 12 may be exposed to alcohol and drugs, and nearly 75% of high school seniors have tried alcohol at least once. Talk to your children about alcohol and the risks of underage drinking. Partner with other parents who see your children regularly, and make sure you are all on the same page about keeping children from drinking. Parents should also serve as positive role models for safe drinking behaviors. For more information, visit stopalcoholabuse.gov.

Re-opening of the Church for Public Mass

Social distancing protocols:

Only a limited number into each Mass will be allowed: 25% or 100 per-sons, whichever is smaller.

Face masks will be required during Mass. Hand sanitizers will be availa-ble.

Maintain a distance of 6 feet apart.

Remember, Archbishop Gomez has dispensed from the obligation of attending Mass on Sunday (not from keeping holy the Lord’s Day) until such time as everyone is able to come without danger or fear.

We will also continue to live stream our Sunday Masses for the sake of anyone who wants to pray with us from home.

There will be no gathering or social time before or after the Mass.

NOTICIAS

CHARITY If you truly want to

help the soul of your neigh-bor, you should approach

God first with all your heart. Ask him simply to fill you with charity, the greatest of all virtues; with it you can

accomplish what you desire. —St. Vincent Ferrer
