First overhaul repair was fulfilled in the year 1957 (VPT-25 turbine, Minsk Thermal Power Plant No.3).

OJSC «Belenergoremnaladka» has combined type of ownership in which 67.7% of shares belong to private persons and 32.3% are state-owned. OJSC «Belenergoremnaladka» is a member of «Belenergo» state production association operating within Belarus Ministry of Energy. Company central office, engineering center and mechanical workshops are located in Minsk city. Our company incorporates 13 affiliates located in different regions of Belarus. Company manpower comprises 1600 persons. Company workshops and laboratories area reaches 50000 square meters.

MODERNIZATION AND SERVICE MAINTENANCE OF STEAM AND GAS TURBINESMODERNIZATION AND SERVICE MAINTENANCE OF STEAM AND GAS TURBINES OJSC «Belenergoremnaladka» is capable to furnish complete set of services in modernization, repair and reconstruction of steam turbines and auxiliary equipment

OJSC «Belenergoremnaladka» has been assigned by Belarus Energy Ministry and State Industrial Association «Belenergo» to carry out service maintenance to gas turbines operated within National Power Grid. In order to improve gas turbine service maintenance capabilities our company is developing cooperation with specialists of power stations employing gas turbine technologies. In the year 2015, during the first «A» inspection of GTU-121 MW at Grodno Thermal Power Plant No.2, work was done to inspect the combustion chamber of the gas turbine PG9171E.

In the year 2014 our company in cooperation with «Alstom» experts fulfilled a complex of works on 1st «C» inspection to gas turbine GT-26B at «Thermal Power P-26» owned by Open Joint Stock Company «Mosenergo».

In the year 2013 our company performed as a General Contractor at Minsk Thermal Power Plant No.3 during 1st «C» inspection of gas turbine GT-13E2. To timely accomplish the said works we carried out all necessary preliminaries, prepared tools, expendable materials, signed all necessary subcontracts. Works had been completed on due date.

During 2010 – 2012 we carried out «A» and «B» inspections to gas turbine GT-13E2 at Minsk Thermal Power Plant No.3. Works were carried out under technical guidance of «Alstom» experts. Works carried out during 2010 - 2014:

Entry into an agreement and preliminaries on combustion chamber inspection at gas turbine MS9001E GE scheduled for February 2015 at Grodno Thermal Power Plant No.2.

CCPU (Combined Cycle Power Unit ) 230 MW, Minsk Power Plant No.3. Complete range of commissioning and performance adjustment works duly performed.

Two 32.5 MW CCPUs at Minsk Power Plant No.2 (General Contractor). Commissioning and complex testing of the Power Units.

Commissioning and reconstruction works of one Power Unit at Bereza Power Plant (General Contractor), Belarus.

CCPU 420 MW, Power Plant No.26, Moscow: commissioning of thermomechanical equipment with operation documentation submission.

CCPU 599.6 MW, Minsk Power Plant No.5: engineering services in the course of Power Unit commission period.

Elaboration of architectural project for the reconstruction of steam turbine ПТ-135/165-130/15, Novopolotsk Power Plant (Belarus).

State Standard of the Republic of Belarus for independence and technical competence in compliance with STB ISO/IEC 17025 to carry out non-destructive examination, mechanical tests, metallographic examination of base metal and weld joints.

OJSC «Scientific-and-technical Center «Industrial Safety» within unified system of conformity assessment in the sphere of industrial and ecological safety in energy and construction industry as a Test Laboratory to carry out non-destructive tests and other types of tests in compliance with requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 and SAR -15-2009.

Our company has been accredited by Belarus State Standard for technical competence in compliance with requirements of STB ISO/IEC 17025-2007 to carry out power equipment base metal and weld joints X-ray examination. OJSC «Belenergoremnaladka» has been assigned by State Supervision Authority of Belarus Ministry for Emergency Situations to build-up commissions qualifying welders (welding works at hazardous industrial objects) and thermal treatment specialists operating mobile thermal treatment facilities.Our Company in cooperation with world-known notified centers like DVS ZERT (Germany), TUV NORD (Germany) is qualifying welders for compliance with European Standard EN 287 and Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC.

We are performing following weld works:

• manual arc welding by covered electrodes (ММА);• mechanized welding in carbon dioxide gas (and CO2 mixtures) by solid section wire (МIG, МАG);• manual argon-arc welding by nonconsumable electrode (ТIG).

Our Company has a base to give refreshing training and provide qualification upgrade in «Manual electric welder» profession, to certify welders in compliance with requirements of European Standard EN 287. OJSC «Belenergoremnaladka» gives the following training base:

-theoretical training is carried out with employment of advanced visualization techniques (digital video), besides, the trainees are provided with training hand-outs and lectures; - practical training is carried out with the use of advanced welding equipment including inverter type having synergy programs.

In 2014 OJSC «Belenergoremnaladka» Training Center was awarded a Certificate verifying fulfillment of DVS-1102 Directive which is to confirm that «Belenergoremnaladka» had successfully prepared and equipped its training facility in compliance with DVS-1102 and has been maintaining the Center in duly operable condition to prepare and train welders.
