We the undersigned unions' functioning in different locations of ONGC.' - .

all over country are duty bound to convey to our management that dueto the utter dilatory path pursued by the manag"ernentin the ongoingwage revision negotiation, the workers of our ONGC are very muchaggrieved.

Therefore, on the basis of the long pending demands noted below, theunions have reluctantly decided to carry out the following democratictrade union aCtion plan.

• Periodicity of the new wage settlement w.e.f 1/1/2007 must notbe more than five(5) years ( 1/1/2007 to 31/12/2011)

• Minimum guaranteed fihnent benefit should be 30% of-the total ofBP as on 1/1/2007 + 78.2% of DA.

• Perks to be on Cafeteria system should be 47% on BP.

• OSCA to be continued as per present system.

• All benefits of S category to the employee who reaches BP of. cor-responding to Rs. 12000/- irrespective of level.

• To amend the Gratuity calculation to-facilitate Rs. 10laks to allemployees.

• Service weightage benefit to the employees.

• Mobile to the Class -IV employees, Laptop to the S categoriesand Depreciation on Computer.

• Enhancement of wages to the Contingent! Term based 1
