Fractionating columns are used for fine separation of components resulting from mass exchange between liquid and vapor phases. Adsorption devices and absorbers are used for extraction of required components from mixtures by means of solid and liquid absorbers. Fractionating columns are subdivided by their design for plate columns and packed columns.

The process of distillation in plate column is conducted by means of multiple step contacting of vapor and liquid phases. The main mass exchange takes place on the plates and only insignificant mass exchange takes place in a free space of a column.

Packed column is basically a cylindrical vertical vessel filled either along the whole height or in separate parts with column packing of definite configurations and dimensions. The packing is intended for creation of large contact surface between running -down liquid and flowing-up vapor stream and their intensive mixing.

We propose design and manufacture of column equipment according to your data sheets or product requirements specifications.

ADVANTAGES

• Introduction of up-to-date welding methods.

• A team of young professionals whose initiatives encourage innovations and allow consumers to obtain modern equipment which is not only highly competitive with similar foreign analogs, but surpasses them in many aspects.
