Page 13: Oikos - The Making

PURPOSEs: 1..

Page 14: Oikos - The Making

People Empowerment.

gobyerno. Pakinabang sa kanyang socio-economic life, pag-angat ng quality of life, at

2.

Page 15: Oikos - The Making

Financial Intelligence – the science of making money.

3.

“ Knowing the difference between assets and liabilities | understanding cashflow|! Balanced Sheet is imbalanced..

2 out 0f 10 Filipino saves – worst scenario…and at times these 2 savers use to “dipping into savings”

Income minus Tithes – Expense = Savings XXX !!!

BUT Income minus Tithes minus Savings = Expense

Page 16: Oikos - The Making

Page 17: Oikos - The Making

... We will Create Money first, before we Borrow Money.

Prov 24:27 -Prepare yourself outside, get everything ready.. before you build your house...

The BOD| Management staff | Chairman of Committees will GO and mobilize your share caps , husbanding, chanelling and diversifying the coop's assets into productive investments for growth results.

However, my plan B is this: Should there be funds coming from governmentBanks, big cooperative lending institutions and be approved, that funds will be the source of our borrowing or micro-financing program integrated into ourCooperative long-term goals. Portions will be allocated to the missions, ministry and transformational program of the coop such as Kaagapay , where pastors and their families shall be benefited through medical insurance or hospitalizations Almost Free including Philhealth insurance subsidy.

Page 18: Oikos - The Making

5.At kung ikaw ay pastor, the COOP will give you an honor ... The “Kaagapay

Program” willSupport YOU.

1 Timothy 5:17, "Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honor, especially they who

labor in the word and doctrine".

Page 19: Oikos - The Making

II. GOALS / OBJECTIVE: ( matatalakay sa Economic Survey )

a. Ang pagtatag ng Kooperatiba ay tutulong sa mga members na economically-poor to acquire loans , invest savings, earn yearly dividend as income - likas sa isang Pilipino Kooperatiba, help establish and own business, enjoy benefits , etc.

Page 20: Oikos - The Making

b. Ang Coop na maitatatag ay may pangunahing business na itatayo tulad ng mini-grocery stores, micro-businesses like coffee vending machines, sari-sari store , market vendors lending, computer center etc. may minimal investment lang pero less maintenance at walang hardworks, no employees and income is long-lasting. may FS tayo jan sa mga yan. We call this “ DIVERSIFY” …

Page 21: Oikos - The Making

c. Ang totoo, pede namang tayo maki member nalamang sa existing cooperatives sa ating syudad, My answer is NO, we need to use this Cooperative as an avenue to viral the gospel and disciple the community, create a change and transformational impact to our community. This COOP willwas founded by pastoral community and one of its missions is to honor all pastors and their families as stated in Kaagapay program.

Page 22: Oikos - The Making

But to boost the moral of the members, our “Kaagapay” will usherUs through an inhouse family insurance, death, hospitalization, Disabilities, maternity, etc.

Page 23: Oikos - The Making

II. PROCEDURES:

Page 24: Oikos - The Making

b. Kasalukuyang pina- process ang docs. Hopefully, ito ay maaprove ng January.

Page 25: Oikos - The Making

Page 26: Oikos - The Making

Page 27: Oikos - The Making

Page 28: Oikos - The Making

F. Upang mabilis na ma promote, maging competitive at mabilis ang paglago - we need to be locally and globally competitive, via a website that will cater christians locally and globally, they can register online, save online, borrow online using the Coop’s bank account and membership can be done online. Transactions can be off-line or on-line. Ang accounting system ay online and off-line using the power of Google Docs. Updates and day-to-day operation can be visible online, updates, via e-mail, contact phones, fax, FB and blogs. Interview on membership can be done online, credit investigation and updates can be done online and real-time. We will create a Fan page, tweets integrated into the website, free legal counselling online, virtual membership, online promotion via SEO, we will position the website on the 1st page and top 1 of Google for more visibility and rapid growth.

Page 36: Oikos - The Making
