Learning Objectives:

Upon successful completion, attendees will be able to:

QQ Identify chemical exposures during various industrial processes

QQ Understand the approach to occupational chemical health risk assessment

QQ Develop appropriate exposure monitoring strategies

QQ Select standard methods and proper equipment to perform industrial hygiene sampling

QQ Interpret exposure monitoring results, write IH reports and make informed decisions

Upon Completion:

QQ All participants receive a “Certificate of Completion” from Golder upon completion of the course (regardless of completion of the BOHS examination)

QQ Participants will receive a certificate from the BOHS after passing the exam

ABOUT THE CERTIFICATE PROGRAMThe Occupational Hygiene Training Association (OHTA) has begun offering an internationally recognized industrial hygiene certification program. The program is recognized by the International Occupational Hygiene Association (IOHA) and by its various member organisations.

Participants will receive an internationally recognized certificate recognizing competence in the module topic. The certificate is available in each of the seven different module topics.

Dr. Singh has served on the Board of Directors of the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) as well as on the Board of the American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH). He is the past President of the Academy of Industrial Hygiene (AIH).

WORKSHOP COORDINATOR KRISTAL CAMERINO, ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER GOLDER ASSOCIATES

Kristal is a licensed Environmental Engineer. She has professional experience on environmental impact assessments and environmental management, and industrial hygiene risk assessment projects for various industries. Prior to joining Golder, she worked as technical staff of the Environmental Impact Division of the Environmental Management Bureau‘s Central Office.
