CSBG Grant
• Approximately 47,536,036 available for formula grants. Based on 23,768,018 annual allocation
• CSBG Grant Application are due on November 30,2011 by 5 p.m.

CSBG Application Requirements
• The requirements for the 2012 – 2013 CSBG grant application will be similar to the 2010 – 2011 CSBG grant application.
• The Program Set-up, ROMA Workplans, Budget and other supporting information will be submitted and managed via the OCEAN CSBG Grant Application.

CAA-OCEAN-Users
• CAA staff should have access to OCEAN • Must be identified as an OCEAN user.
• Agency user list and level of program clearance must be established and appropriate staff registered .
• OCEAN Help Desk must recognize users.
• OCA/IT enters all contact info in OCEAN set-up

CSP Quarterly Reporting
• No more Excel ROMA Workplans
• ROMA Workplans are due quarterly – See Workplan Instructions for due dates.
• Actual CSBG expenditures for the quarterly CSPs must match the CSBG financial reimbursement for the reporting quarters.
• ROMA Framework Codes did not change
• New ROMA Program Codes

automation of the program milestones. The benefits and/or program activities are the verifications for the program milestones.
