Louisiana native Kimberly Haynes is a cum laude graduate of Spelman College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She received her Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law in 2000, with a specialization in Sports and Entertainment Law.Kimberly is an entertainment attorney and business entrepreneur who brings a tremendous amount of experience and personality to her company, OMBI Group, LLC. She is the Owner and Chief Consultant at OMBI Group, a non-profit management consulting firm, where she represents clients in the NFL, NBA, and WNBA. She and her team of employees are responsible for setting up and managing a number of professional athletes’ non-profit foundations. She is involved in a number of professional and civic organizations, including the Junior League of Atlanta, National Alumnae Association of Spelman College, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., National Bar Association, Louisiana Bar Association, Georgia Bar Association, Sports and Entertainment Sections of both respective bar associations, Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association (BESLA), Georgia Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Community Service Committee, Georgia Bar Association Minorities in the Profession Committee and the National Association of Black Females Entertainment and Music Executives. She is a Board Member of the J.K. Haynes Elementary Charter School, the National Football Players Father’s Association, The Compound Foundation, Inc. and The Randolph Foundation, Inc. For the past six years, Kimberly has served as a volunteer Guardian Ad Litem for the Fulton County Superior Court system, and has received notable recognition for her exemplary service. She is also a 2008 Outstanding Atlanta award recipient, and participated in the State Bar of Georgia 2009 Leadership Academy class.

During her spare time, Kimberly enjoys traveling, reading, aerobic exercise and spending quality time with her family and friends.

OMBI Group’s Giving Gracefully Awards Celebration will be the ultimate intimate affair for the Fall. OMBI Group seeks to celebrate the strides it has made in the philanthropic industry while looking forward to a bountiful future. CJ Stewart (L.E.A.D) CJ Stewart is a former professional baseball player in the Chicago Cubs organization and has also served as an area scout for the Cincinnati Reds.
