with minimum 80% accuracy, he will get refund of deposit plus he/she will

be also given another contract of 11 months without taking any

deposit fees and also it will be free from any targets.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS• Rules for Typing• 1) All lines in notepad files should be in left alignment only... Justification, Bold, Italics are not strictly

allowed.• 2) Line ending should be as same like that of in Image file.• 3) Latin Characters strictly not allowed in notepad files. Latin characters shall be typed as normal characters.

Ex: “ç”, must type as ‘c’, “è, é, ë” must type as “e”, “á” must type as “a” etc.• 4) Colour Text is not allowed in notepad file if found in image file also you should type in black colour only.• 5) Type the files in font "TIMES NEW ROMAN" "REGULAR" "Size 11"• 6) Type the words as like that of in image files. No grammatical rules should be followed at any cost.• 7) No need to write Page Number, Chapter No. etc.• 8) Type the pages in Notepad with single space irrespective of the image file spaces in context to full stop,

commas or hyphen etc.• 9) Submission should be only at the submission date. No Prior submission is allowed.• 10) User should submit his/her typed files only in zipped folder using winzip software.• 11) User should submit his/her typed files only at ……………………………………………………..• 12) Conversion or third party software strictly not allowed.• 13) Should not use any versions of MS Word/ MS Office/ Notepad++• 14) Should not type the files in any versions of MAC OS/ LINUX... Only MS Windows is allowed.• 15) Should type the files only in MS Windows default notepad. No other versions of notepad should be• used to type or edit the files.• Rejection Criteria:-• 1) Incomplete typed files found in new work/ rework.• 2) Any third party software used for text checking or conversion.• 3) Should not type files in any version of MS Office/Ms-word/ Notepad++.• 4) Latin or accent characters typed.• 5) If hyperlinks are found in any of the type file.• 6) Any other files are found in the zip folder except the text document. (Like temporary files or any• other file types).• 7) If the completed Job files has not been submitted within the deadline mentioned by the company.• 8) If user will submit his/her typed files other than the given mail address.• 9) If any other content attached in submission mail.• 10) The company’s decision will be the final on deciding all disputes.
