Donation of Tissues and Organs

The online registry at www.DonateLifeFlorida.org, now allows residents (and even those who liveoutside Florida) to designate themselves as organ, tissue and eye donors.

The online registry also makes the exact wishes of registered donors more accessible and currentfor organ, tissue and eye recovery organizations. When someone dies, these organizations will beable to quickly determine online whether that individual is a potential organ, tissue or eye donor. The donors wishes will then be carried out, providing life-saving and life-enhancing gifts to patientsin need of an organ, tissue or eye transplant.
