Ignition Interlock Devices: Effective August 16, 2014, the Department has contracted with multiplevendors to provide statewide Ignition Interlock Device (IID) services for Florida drivers. To viewinformation regarding these vendors please visit our Ignition Interlock Program webpage.

That's why the Florida Department of HighwaySafety and Motor Vehicles and its partners have created "Florida GrandDriver."

Donation of Tissues and Organs

The online registry at www.DonateLifeFlorida.org, now allows residents (and even those who liveoutside Florida) to designate themselves as organ, tissue and eye donors.

The online registry also makes the exact wishes of registered donors more accessible and currentfor organ, tissue and eye recovery organizations. When someone dies, these organizations will beable to quickly determine online whether that individual is a potential organ, tissue or eye donor.The donors wishes will then be carried out, providing life-saving and life-enhancing gifts to patientsin need of an organ, tissue or eye transplant.
