1. This table shows the screening result of the Central Public Service Screening Committee, inaccordance with the provisions of the Imperial Ordinances No. 1 to No". 3 inclusive of 1947, and theCabinet and Home Ministry Ordinauce No. 1 of the same year.

2. This table is to be most widely made public. The office of a-city, ward, town or village, shall placard,, uponreceipt of this official report, the said table. This table shall be at least bulletined for a month, andit shall, upon receipt of the next official report, be replaced by a new one. The old report which isreplaced, shall net be destroyed, but be bound ahd preserved at the office of the city, ward, town orvillage, in order that it may serve for the public perusal.

3. The questionnaire of the person who is published on this table and who has passed the screening*may be offered for the public perusal, at the office of the Central Public Service ScreeningCommittee, of Metropolis, Region, Prefecture or City concerned. v

Any one may, at his request, unrestrictedly peruse the Questionnaire as prescribed in thepreceding paragraph.4. Result:

At tbe instance of the abovementioned persona, the possessors of the share certificates shown on theannexed sheets are hereby reauested to notify their claims on the said share certificates and submit thesame to this Court by 9.00 a. m., August 5, 1947.

In case of failure to notify their claims and submit the same in accordance with the preceding paragraphby the date fixed, the said share certificates may be declared null and void. v
