In' exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (B) of Section 5 of the Goa, Daman and Diu Entertainment Tax Act, 1964, Government is pleased ?to exempt from the payment of Entertainment Tax the rtick~ts issued for .the drama «Cacut» rto be held at Madlamaz, Mandrem, Pednem Taluka on 20th Nov. 72 at :10.,30 p. m. organ~sed by Shri Gabriel de Souza, Asvem, Mandrem.
2. The exemption is subject to the condition thrut the net prof-it accrued from the drama is credited Ito the funds of the Church -of Nossa Senhora do Rosario, 'and are utilised for repairs of the Church only, A'svem-Mandrem (Pednem).
13. Shri Gabriel de :Souza should submit the accounts !to the Commissioner of Enterta1mnent Tax, PanajI, as and when the same are required by .!hin1'.

Whereas shew cause notice was served en Shri Caliane Gcvinda Sinai Salelkar, the assignee, in accordance with para 2 'Of Secticn 307 'Of the abDve cited Decree.
And whereas the reply of said Caliane Govinda Sinai Salelkar tc the show cause 'notice cannot be censidered as valid.

His pay will be fixed according to the rules. He will, however, continue to hold his existing post in addition to his own duties till a regular substitute is appointed.

Sallgao-Sangolda-I1orv~run road.

And whereas the appropriate Government (hereinafter referred to as «the Government») is satisfied after considering the report made under sub-section (2) of Section 5A of the said Act, that the said land specified in the schedule hereto is needed to be acquired for the public purpose speclfied above.
2. The Government is also pleased to appoint under clause (c) of Section 3· of th~ s~id Act, ,the Dy. Collector, Goa, North Division, Panaji, to perform the functions of a Collector for all proceedings hereinafter to be taken in respect of the said land, and to direct him under section 7 of the said Act to take order for the acquisition of the said land.
Now, therefore, the Government is' pleased to declare under the provisions of Section 6 of the said Act that the said land j;,; required for the public purpose specified above.
3. A plan of the said land can tie inspected at the office of ,the said Dy. Collector, ,Goa, North Division, Panaji, till the award is made under Section 11 .
