FUNCTION PROFILE

Officer Operations Department – Treasury Back Office Introduction Department:

The Operations Department consists of 6 divisions:

- Savings and Deposits Netherlands

- Savings and Deposits Germany

- Call centre Savings and Deposits

- Payments Department

- Treasury Back Office

- Office & Facility Management

The Operation Department is a dynamic, growing department with a different cultural

background and age.

The main responsibility of the Back office Treasury is the processing of all treasury transactions in a correct manner. The main treasury transactions involve:

• Foreign Exchange deals • Money Market Deposits

• Derivatives • Bonds

Specific job responsibilities:

• Settlement and confirmation processing.

• Enter and process treasury transactions into the main accounting system.

• Responsible towards the Department Head for specified business areas.

• Responsible for completing the goals set together with the Department Head

• Accepts responsibility for the implementation of regulations, procedures and

projects

Requirements:

• Education: MBO/HBO

• At least 3 years of experience in the sector

• Good knowledge of banking instruments, procedures

• Experience in working with SWIFT

• Treasury accounting or financial accounting experience;

• Understanding of FX/MM and Common FX & IR derivatives

• Fluent communication skills in English (both verbally and in writing)

• Experience in working with Equation (Mysis) is considered to be an advantage
