QUOTATION CALL NOTICE

Notice No. 149/NSCBC dt.11.02.2017 Sealed quotations are invited from reputed Manufacturers/ Suppliers/ Authorized Dealers with valid PAN & TIN/VAT number for supply of Laboratory equipments/ Chemicals/ Creation of Botanical Garden/ Repair and re-fitting of Laboratory Infrastructure, etc. through speed post to the office of the Principal, N.S.C.B. College, Sambalpur on or before 27.02.2017 by 2 p.m. Interested firms/ suppliers can see the details of requirement and terms & conditions from the college website www.nscbcollegesbp.in (inside the menu: Notice). The quotation will be opened on 27.02.2017 at 03:00 PM in the office of the Principal in presence of the members of purchase committee & authorized agent of the firm if any. The authority reserves the right to reject/ cancel the quotation in whole or in part without assigning any reason thereof. The authority is not responsible for any postal delay.

1. The suppliers must specify the brand and specification of each of the components

when quote.

2. Goods will be delivered within 7 days after receipt of the order.

3. Scientific equipments and specimens must be supplied as per the specifications

mentioned in the order letter.

4. The payment of the delivery of the goods will be made through online payment as

early as possible after verification of the materials & bills by the quality expert

committee, post purchase pre-payment committee & Accounts Section.

5. Price quoted for the items should be inclusive of all taxes & there will be free cost of

delivery and free installation of equipments.

6. In the event of any loss, breakage or any shortage, the vendor shall be liable to make

good such loss and shortage found at the checking/inspection of the items by the

College.

7. The College will not be obliged to meet and have discussion with any vendor and or

entertain any representation.

8. All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of Sambalpur Court.

9. The college reserves the right to accept/reject any or all quotations without assigning

any reason thereof.
