matters hereby stand disposed of. 5. It is the responsibility of the concerned controlling authorities to ensure non-

sensitive charges/posting to the officers not clear from vigilance angle. 6. No representations for change in posting shall be entertained unless the officer

has joined his/her new place of posting and the same are forwarded by the Commissioner of Customs (General) of the Chief Commissioner.
