FAITHFUL DEPARTED
Please remember in your prayers,
those who were buried from our
parish recently: Denise Peterson
and all our deceased parishioners.
Compassionate and Loving Father, in the face of confusion and concern, impart to us the calm of Your presence. In You allow us to nd hope and healing. Be with those who serve the sick and give them Your caring hands. Be with those who lead and give them Your spirit of wisdom. Be with those who have fallen ill and give them Your comforting heart. Wrap Your arms around our world and hold us in Your love. Allow us at this time of trial to then serve as instruments of that love to all we meet. We ask this in Your Name. Amen.

TWENTY-FOURTH SUNDAY OF ORDINARY TIME
In today’s Gospel, Jesus asks this question: “Who do
you say that I am?” Peter’s answer is immediate and
sincere, “You are the Christ…” As your relationship with
Jesus grows, your answer to that question may
change. How do you answer today? Take some quiet
time to reflect on your answer. Can you answer this
question along with Peter and really mean it? If you
really believe that Jesus is the Christ, how can you not
share this good news with others? Share your story.
