If the advanced functionality such as the Webconferencing and voice/telecom integration(depicted by the red shading) is required, thepurchase of an Enterprise CAL is required(depicted by the red license) in addition to the Standard CAL.

Microsoft Office Live Meeting provides the same conferencing functionalitywhich is available in OCS to users who have Standard and Enterprise CALs. Thedifference with Live Meeting is that it is offered as a Microsoft Online Service. This means that rather than the services being installed on the organization'sown servers, the services are installed on Microsoft's servers which users accessacross the Internet.

For any business wanting to license 5 or more users, they can do so through anOpen Value agreement or the Microsoft Online Subscription Program (MOSP)which is covered in a separate reference document. Larger organizations canchoose between purchasing through MOSP or a Select or Enterprise Agreement.
