Important Keyboard Functions

The MAGIC Office Module was written in two different MEDITECH programming technologies: NPR and $T. The word processing features are in NPR, while the database and spreadsheet features are in $T. Therefore, depending upon which feature you are using, some keys have different functions. The keys listed below are the ones you will be using most often in this quick start. You will learn more about the differences in the keys’ functionality later in the training.
