MEMORANDUM

Sub : DSE - EsttlV - Regularisation of adhoc appointment of TrainedGraduate Teacher - Orders - issued.

The ad-hoc appointment of Trained Graduate Teachers mentioned in the Annexureto this memorandum are regularised with effect from the dates mentioned againsteach,

2. The Heads of offices concerned are requested to issue individual orders to theteachers mentioned in the annexure immediately and a report be sent to thisDirectorate on or before 23.03.2020.

3. The Trained Graduate Teachers are deemed to have been placed on probation fora period of 2 years from the date of regularisation, except those who have retired.

4. ln the individual orders, the correct date of birth of teachers may also bementioned. '\

5. Copies of individual orders of the regular appointment may be marked separatelyto the Establishment lV section and Computer Section of this Directorate.

6. ln the case of teachers who have resigned or against whom disciplinary action ispending, their services need not be regularized but the fact should be intimated tothis office.

7. lf any teacher has since been transferred from the school mentioned in theannexure, the Head of Office is requested to fonrvard the Memorandum to the Headof Office concerned for issue of individual orders under intimation to this Directorate.
