Thomas L. Friedman, who have an interview with the former Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia in February 2002, proposed a letter which might have in King’s drawer for President Obama. He just tried to read King’s mind inrelation to his possible solution for the Middle East Conflict (MDF), because he thrusted himself to guess his possible solutions to the MDF. King-Abdullah who was the former Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia, became the king of KSA after the death of his elder brother, King-Fahad, in the 2006. He was about to propose his peace plan, i.e. Abdullah Peace Plan, but he always delayed or stoped in directly presenting his ideas of the peace plan to the Israeli people since the Bush’s administration and Israeli’s never been attracted to his plan to use for building up a peace in the Middle East. Following the inaguration of President Obama, King Abdullah should have prepared a letter in order to send to the the President Obama according to the Mr.Friedman. His peace plan may be mainly justified to the Iran’s attemts to Persianize the Palestinian issue. King could have commented former solutions, i,e. Two state solutions, since he believed that a house could not be build by only using the bricks. He may think that the two-states are the bricks of a house, and other three states would be the cement of possible peace solution. Thus, the five-state solution he would have called as a Arab Solution might be better than the former two state solution which failed to building a long-term peace.

The Arab’s solution consist of a five year security peace program based on the cooperation of five countries: a) Saudi Arabia b) Egypt-Jordan, c) Israel-Palestenian. Saudi Arabia is the sponsor country for the peace-keeper forces, i.e. Egypt and Jordan, after the possible comprimised solution between the conflict countries, i.e. Israel-Palestanian. King may offer to pay $1 billion dollars per year to each countries as well as supporting the budgetary expense of Palestinian Goverment. Finally, the justification of the King’s proposal probably may not stop the brutal attacks of Israel on the innocent persons, but decrease the possible influences of Iran into the Palestinian area.
