TEKO was founded in 1982 as a commercial agency for refrigeration components. Over time, we have estab-lished partnerships with various different manufactur-ers which we represent as a distributor. In doing this, it is important for us to stay in close contact and actively exchange information and know-how. We also use most products from our range in the TEKO multi compressor series which we produce in Altenstadt. This allows us to contribute our knowledge, our own ideas and our practical experience to the product development of our partner suppliers. You can rely on our line of refrigera-tion products. We have tested it thoroughly in ongoing operation.

The electronic control components and software solu-tions by Wurm Systeme in Remscheid are examples for this. They are mainly used in our system solutions for food retailers, food production and logistics cen-tres. We have used the compressors from our partner suppliers in TEKO machine units for over 20 years. This also applies to the valves and the oilstar®oil regulation system. The condensers and the evaporators of the TEKO-WHITELINE line complete the coordinated pack-age of refrigeration equipment.

Apart from the development of refrigeration systems and the construction of machine units, the delivery of components or special solutions for OEM customers has been an important aspect since the beginning of the company. Just-in-time.

We offer our OEM customers “just-in-time”-delivery as an ad-ditional service. The just-in-time procedure saves you storage costs and means you don't tie up additional capital in materi-al storage. We take care of this for you. We will of course al-ways support you in any possible way; we check quantities of blanket purchase orders and deadlines in order to avoid shor- tages on your part.

Series production according to customer specifications.

According to your particular customer specifications and together with you, we produce the right series solution which can be installed in your products for further use.

Our customers are already using such customised small series in dif-ferent areas. From beverage refrigeration in vending machines, to grain drying installations or small refrigeration cells for food cooling boxes – there are copious options.

As a first step, we clarify your specifications: Cooling capacity, type of installation, spatial conditions, equipment, connections etc., then we design the series and promptly build a prototype. Once you have installed the aggregate successfully and given your approval, we pro-duce the ordered amount. Here, we also offer you the option of just-in-time delivery. We usually conclude a framework agreement on a set amount of items. Then, you individually request product deliveries according to your order situation. An extension by “x” amount of time is possible as well as a project-specific agreement.

Series solution – Series production.

We have created our own production area for the pro-duction of small series. With this small production line, the aggregates and small units can be installed, tubed and soldered completely at a work place and tested for pressure strength and tightness.

This guarantees a high level of production accuracy and therefore a high-quality product. The production philosophy developed by TEKO over decades is also ap-plied to small series.

Compressors.

The compressors produced by our partner suppliers are used in the areas of commercial refrigeration, industrial refrigeration, logistics, refrigerated transports, air con-ditioning and heat pumps.

From hermetic compressors and condensing units for low output ranges (Watt) to reciprocating and screw compressors for medium to high output ranges (kW / MW), we provide an extensive compressor portfolio.

Together with the compressor manufacturers, we have already developed efficient technologies such as the finely stepped capacity control XLR which is now pro-duced in series by Frascold.

Oil regulating system. oilstar®.

Good oil supply is important for the longevity of your re-frigeration unit. That is why we committed ourselves to developing oil components and supported the oilstar® line. We have been using oilstar products in our entire product range since 1999. From mufflers to oil and liquid separators, oil regulating systems and filter-dri-ers - we also provide the whole range individually. The products distinguish themselves through their high quality. In the course of extensive quality assurance, the devices undergo 100% pressure strength and tightness testing.

Valves.

The products from GMC and Castel have been used for a long time in TEKO machine units and they have re-peatedly proven their quality. The companies provide high-quality valves, sight glasses, driers, filters, mufflers and connections for all kinds of uses.

Heat transfer units. WHITELINE.

To complement your refrigeration system in the best way, we provide high-quality evaporators and condens-ers. In this line, we were able to use our know-how in the development and engineering of heat transfer product series.

Since 2014, we provide heat exchangers which meet the future demands of the refrigeration market such as the consequences of the F-Gas Regulation or the ErP Direc-tive. We stock the optimized range of evaporators and condensers for you. Therefore, we can deliver quickly and guarantee fast availability.

For energy-saving operation, we offer condensers in the WVR series with EC fans and various types of evapora-tors with ESM motors.

Control electronics. Wurm Systeme.

Since 1985, we are an exclusive sales partner of Wurm Systeme and also integrate the control solutions in our units and concepts. Well-known supermarket chains and food companies often use Wurm technology to-gether with our refrigeration and heat solutions. The suitable switchgear is produced by the subsidiary Wurm Schaltanlagenbau, which has been successful on the market for over 40 years. Of course, we also provide the hard- and software components individually.

Zur optimalen Ergänzung Ihrer Kälteanlage bieten wir Ihnen hochwertige Verdampfer und Verflüssiger. Bei dieser Serie konnten wir das von uns erworbene Know-how in die Entwicklung und das Engineering der Wär-meübertragerserien einfließen lassen.

Seit 2014 erhalten Sie bei uns Wärmetauscher, die den künftigen Anforderungen des Kältemarktes, wie den Auswirkungen der F-Gase-Verordnung oder der ERP-Richtlinie gerecht werden. Das optimierte Ange-bot an Verdampfern und Verflüssigern haben wir für Sie an Lager liegen. Das bedeutet kurze Lieferzeiten und schnelle Verfügbarkeit.

Für den energiesparenden Betrieb erhalten Sie die Verflüssiger der Serie WVR mit EC-Ventilatoren, unter-schiedliche Verdamfpertypen mit ESM-Motoren.

Regelelektronik. Wurm Systeme.

Seit 1985 sind wir exklusiver Vertriebspartner für Wurm-Systeme und integrieren die Regellösungen auch in unsere Anlagen und Konzepte. Bekannte Super-marktketten und Lebensmittelunternehmen setzen auf die Wurm-Technologie oft in Verbindung mit unseren Kälte- und Wärmelösungen. Die passende Schaltanla-ge kommt vom Tochterunternehmen Wurm Schaltan-lagenbau, welches seit über 40 Jahren erfolgreich am Markt ist. Sie erhalten bei uns natürlich auch die Hard- und Softwarekomponenten einzeln.
