一. 教學目的

本課程主要目的在培養國內企業檔案管理之人才。國內目前有 500 大的企

業，以及中小型企業上千家，這些企業因業務所產生的文件與檔案，對於企業的

正長營運，甚至於日後的參考都扮演重要的角色。本課程將探討企業檔案管理的

相關理論，並實地參訪較具規模的企業檔案館，以個案的方式瞭解國內外企業檔

案的營運模式。透過本課程的學習，將有助於對企業檔案管理有進一步的認識。

二. 教學方法

本課程之教學方法如下：

1. 課堂講授。

2. 課堂師生相互討論。

3. 參觀企業檔案館。

4. 學生課堂報告。

針對期中報告所選擇的企業檔案館，針對該館的缺失，提出規劃案，包括下
